The Studio

A snow white space with cleanly cut walls, an artistic chandelier of fluorescent tubes and a sloping glass roof at a height of no less than 9 meters. The Studio has its own pantry, sound system and beamer. The showpiece of this space is without doubt the famous photo of Michael Jackson on the Lauriersgracht (1977) by Claude Vanheye. The Studio is very suitable for a reception, meeting, photo shoot, small performances and drinks. Directly connected to The Studio is the art-deco room The Bank’s Secret, ideal as a break-out room!

Set-Up

Theater Set-Up

Maximum of 80 guests Theateropstelling

In a theater set-up, the seats are placed in straight rows, without tables. This means that all guests have an equal view of the stage and the occupancy of the room is optimally used.

Classroom

Maximum of 50 guests Schoolopstelling

In a classroom setup, five or six chairs are set up at each table. The tables are arranged in rows with sufficient walking space between each table. The participants are all facing the speaker, so everyone has the same view.

U-shape

Maximum of 36 guests U vorm opstelling

In this arrangement, the tables are arranged in a U-shape and the chairs are positioned behind it with a separate table for the chairman. The U-shaped arrangement is characterized by the chairs behind the tables and the tables next to each other in a row.

Cabaret / Club-setting

Maximum of 40 guests Cabaret opstelling

We place our industrial chairs around the rectangular tables, with a cushion if necessary. The arrangement of the seats is variable and can be from 1 to 4 seats around the table. This arrangement gives the meeting or performance the feeling of a 1920’s club with possibly accompanying candles and glasses of wine on the table.

Party / Reception

Maximum of 100 guests

A free setup without many restrictions. You can come and go wherever you want and if desired, we can organize a number of seating areas and standing tables to place glasses and plates.

Dinner / Walking Dinner

Maximum of 80 guests Diner opstelling

In our dinner setup we often use round tables. Of course a rectangular table arrangement is also possible. Starting from the round tables, we generally assume an arrangement of 8 to 10 chairs around the table.

Hybrid Livestream

The hybrid livestream consists of online and live parts. The live part takes place in The Theaterhall.

In a hybrid broadcast, a live audience is present during the recordings and there is direct interaction between the audience, the speakers, the host and the online viewers. The online part is possible via live video. One of the great advantages of this is that you are in direct contact with your viewers. If there are questions, they can be responded to immediately.

In hybrid events, in addition to the digital viewers, this can also be someone from the audience who is physically present. The questions can be answered immediately and if someone wants to know more about something, they can go into more detail if desired. Conversely, questions can also be asked to the viewers and the audience in the room. Perhaps there are a number of concepts that you want to present to the employees and customers or gauge what is going on through an online voting system, directly during the event. Live video creates engagement and keeps everyone connected.

In this way you can also continue to build on your company and brand experience. A product launch, internal kick-off or conference are also ideal for a hybrid approach.
