In recent years, TOBACCO has often been the stage for spectacular cultural performances and commercial events.

Job Description & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for hospitality staff to strengthen our team. You will be the primary contact for clients during events, from business events like conferences, intimate dinners, and corporate parties to cultural performances like Red Light Jazz and Jennie Lena.

A Workday at TOBACCO Theater

Today, your shift starts at 2:00 PM, with a beautiful dinner planned for the international client Upfield. You arrive half an hour early, grab a coffee with Britt and Rosalie, review the event schedule, and head downstairs to meet the hospitality team. The guests arrive — it’s your time to shine! Afterward, you rearrange the stage, chairs, and tables into a new setup because tomorrow there’s a major cultural cabaret performance. Around 1:00 AM, you enjoy a drink with your team before closing the theater.
