Right in the center of the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, at the historical Nes, the renowned TOBACCO Theater opens its door for the newest and most exciting sounds from the Jazz-, Funk-, and Afrobeat-scene. In cooperation with Rafaël Nagelkerke of We Crave Music, TOBACCO Theater presents every 3rd Saturday of the month: TOBACCO LIVE!

PARRA.DICE is a nine-headed! f/x (female/non-binary) collective which consists of a unique combination of three horns, a violin and an extended rhythm section. Their music is a bundle of narrative melodies and percussive rhythms, fusing a lush range of musical colors into a grooving whole. They played shows in various settings like Wildeburg, Footprints, Valkhof Festival, Into The Woods ADE and celebrated their EP release in a sold-out EKKO in 2023. By spreading infectious energy, they evoke the unrivaled feeling of connection on an unforgettable summer evening, dancing sweaty in the last rays of the sun.
After the show, one of the best DJ’s of Amsterdam, DJ Turne, will finish with a mix of the best Funk, Jazz, R&B, and Hiphop.
