Can I park my car near TOBACCO?
Yes, there are various parkings at a walking distance. For these parkings we can order you tickets, for parking Waterlooplein, The Bank (Amstelstraat 12) we can offer you tickets with a discount. For more information, go here.

Is TOBACCO accessible for disabled or less mobile guest?
Yes, we have an entrance especially suited to wheelchairs. There is a lift so that you can visit all rooms (except for the balcony). There is also a wheelchair-accessible bathroom on the ground floor.

Is it possible to use our own caterer/chef with TOBACCO?
Yes, this is possible, but we do calculate a 10% catering fee.

Is it possible to load or unload a truck at the back of the building?
No, loading and unloading is only possible through the main entrance. This is only allowed from 7 AM to 11 AM.

Can we bring our own waiting staff?
Yes, this is allowed. There has to be a location manager from TOBACCO present at all times. The location manager has to be present during the event but also during the preparation and the closing up.

Is it possible to rent the entire building?
Yes, it is possible to rent the entire building and have it available for you exclusively! Ask us for the rate.

Is there an air conditioner in TOBACCO?
The Grand Theater Hall and The Studio both have an air conditioning system.
